1. Nature of Services

Services offered on Majik Gift include psychic readings, mediumship, healing, mentoring, and spiritual guidance.

Each session is:

• Focused on insight, clarity, and personal support

2. Before Your Session

• Ensure you are available at your scheduled booking time
• Check your chat for your Zoom link or session details
• Find a quiet, comfortable space where you can fully engage
• Come with an open mind and clear intention

3. During Your Session

• Your Lightworker will connect in their own way (cards, mediumship, energy, etc.)
• Messages may include:
• Guidance on life situations
• Connection with loved ones in Spirit
• Insight into your current path
• You may ask questions, depending on the session type

4. Every Experience is Different

• No two readings or sessions are the same
• Messages are delivered based on what is meant to come through at that time
• Not all questions may be answered directly

5. Timing of Sessions

• Sessions will run for the booked time (e.g. 15, 20, 30 minutes)
• Please arrive on time, as late arrival may shorten your session
• Extensions are at the discretion of the Lightworker

6. Online & Recorded Sessions

• Many sessions are delivered via Zoom or live chat
• Some Lightworkers may provide:
• Recorded videos
• Written readings
• Details will be outlined in the service description

7. Emotional Experience

• Sessions can be emotional, uplifting, and sometimes deeply personal
• It is normal to experience a range of feelings during or after your session

8. No Guarantees

• While Lightworkers aim to provide accurate and meaningful guidance:

• Future events may change based on free will

A clear intention helps guide the session naturally.

2. Create a Calm Space

• Choose a quiet, comfortable environment
• Minimise distractions (phones, noise, interruptions)
• Allow yourself to be fully present and open

3. Be Open & Receptive

• Come with an open mind and heart
• Messages may come through in unexpected ways
• Trust the process and allow the session to unfold naturally

4. Prepare Your Technology

For online sessions (Zoom or live chat):

• Ensure your internet connection is stable
• Test your camera and microphone (if required)
• Have your Zoom link or login details ready

5. Be On Time

• Arrive a few minutes early for your session
• Late arrival may result in reduced session time

6. Questions (If Applicable)

• You may prepare questions if your session allows
• Keep them clear and focused for the best use of your time

7. Emotional Readiness

• Sessions can be meaningful and emotional
• Allow yourself to receive whatever comes through with care and understanding

8. After Your Session

Majik Gift – Cancellation & Refund Policy (Services)

Healing the World Together

This policy outlines the terms for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for all services booked through the Majik Gift platform.

1. General Policy

All bookings made through Majik Gift are subject to this Cancellation & Refund Policy, as well as any specific terms set by individual Lightworkers.

2. Cancellations by Customers

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time (This may be different for each Lightworker)
• Eligible cancellations may receive:
• A reschedule, or
• A credit toward a future booking

Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Late Cancellations

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session may result in: (This may be different for each Lightworker)
• Loss of booking
• No refund or credit

Exceptions may be considered in extenuating circumstances at the discretion of Majik Gift.

4. No-Shows

• If a customer does not attend their scheduled session:
• The booking will be considered a no-show
• No refund or credit will be issued

5. Rescheduling

• Customers may request to reschedule with at least 24 hours notice (This may be different for each Lightworker)
• Rescheduling is subject to the Lightworker’s availability
• Multiple rescheduling requests may not be permitted

6. Cancellations by Lightworkers

If a Lightworker needs to cancel or reschedule:

• The customer will be offered:
• A new booking time, or
• A Full credit

7. Late Arrival

• Customers who arrive late may have their session time reduced
• Sessions will end at the scheduled time to respect other bookings

8. Satisfaction & Service Outcomes

• Spiritual services are subjective in nature
• Results, messages, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed
• Dissatisfaction alone does not qualify for a refund

9. Technical Issues

• If technical issues occur:
• Both parties should attempt to reconnect promptly
• If unresolved, a reschedule or partial credit may be offered

10. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method where possible
• Processing times may vary depending on payment providers

11. Dispute Resolution

• All disputes will be handled in accordance with the Majik Gift Dispute Resolution Policy
• Majik Gift reserves the right to make the final decision on all cases

12. Platform Role

• Majik Gift acts as a platform connecting customers and Lightworkers
• While we support fair outcomes, Lightworkers are responsible for delivering their services

These Practitioner Terms apply to all Lightworkers (“Practitioners”) offering services through the Majik Gift platform.

1. Agreement to Terms

By offering services on Majik Gift, you agree to:

• Comply with these Practitioner Terms
• Follow all Majik Gift policies and guidelines
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and respect at all times

2. Nature of Services

Practitioners may offer services including (but not limited to):

• Psychic readings
• Mediumship
• Energy healing
• Mentoring and spiritual guidance

All services must be:

• Clearly described
• Delivered in alignment with your abilities
• Conducted ethically and responsibly

3. Professional Conduct

Practitioners must:

• Treat all clients with respect, compassion, and non-judgement
• Communicate clearly and professionally
• Maintain appropriate boundaries at all times

Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

4. Accuracy & Representation

• All profiles, services, and descriptions must be truthful and accurate
• Practitioners must not make false claims or guarantees
• Outcomes and predictions must not be presented as certain

5. Bookings & Availability

• Practitioners must honour all confirmed bookings
• Be available at scheduled times
• Notify clients promptly if rescheduling is required

Repeated cancellations or missed sessions may result in removal from the platform.

6. Service Delivery

• Services must be delivered as described
• Sessions should be conducted within the booked timeframe
• Any delays or issues must be communicated immediately

7. Platform Use

• All bookings, payments, and communication must remain within Majik Gift
• Practitioners must not:
• Redirect clients off-platform
• Share personal contact details
• Accept external payments

Breaches may result in immediate suspension or removal.

8. Payments & Fees

• Payments are processed through the Majik Gift platform
• Practitioners will receive payouts in accordance with platform schedules
• Majik Gift will deduct applicable commissions and fees

9. Confidentiality & Privacy

• All client information and sessions must remain strictly confidential
• Practitioners must not share or disclose client details without consent

10. Prohibited Conduct

Practitioners must not:

• Provide medical, legal, or financial advice
• Diagnose or treat conditions
• Encourage dependency or fear-based decisions
• Offer services to individuals under 18

11. Disputes & Complaints

• Practitioners agree to participate in the Dispute Resolution Process
• Majik Gift reserves the right to review and make final decisions

12. Ratings & Feedback

• Practitioners agree to receive and maintain ratings and feedback
• Consistently poor performance may result in account review or removal

13. Compliance with Laws

Practitioners are responsible for:

• Their own tax obligations
• Business registrations (if applicable)
• Compliance with local and international laws

14. Liability

• Practitioners are fully responsible for the services they provide
• Majik Gift is not liable for:
• Service outcomes
• Client decisions
• Any damages arising from sessions

Majik Gift acts as a platform only.

15. Suspension & Termination

Majik Gift reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate practitioner accounts
• Remove services or listings
• Take action where policies are breached

16. Updates to Terms

Majik Gift may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

17. Agreement

By offering services on Majik Gift, you confirm that you:

• Have read and understood these Terms
• Agree to comply with all policies
