- Services must be delivered in a professional, ethical, and timely manner.
- You must provide services that align with your true abilities, experience, and qualifications.
2. Respect & Client Care
- Treat all clients with kindness, compassion, and non-judgement.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for all readings, healings, and interactions.
- Do not engage in harassment, discrimination, or offensive behaviour of any kind.
3. Privacy & Confidentiality
- All client information, sessions, and communications must remain strictly confidential.
- You must not share personal details, recordings, or session content without written consent.
- Do not request or share personal contact details outside the Majik Gift platform.
4. Platform Integrity
- All bookings, payments, and communication must remain within the Majik Gift platform.
- You must not attempt to redirect clients off-platform for personal gain.
- Any breach of this may result in immediate removal from the platform.
5. Accuracy & Responsibility
- While delivering spiritual services, you must communicate with care, clarity, and responsibility.
- Do not make false claims, guarantees, or promises.
- All guidance must be offered as spiritual insight, not absolute fact.
6. Prohibited Services
Lightworkers must not:
- Provide medical, legal, or financial advice
- Diagnose or treat any medical or mental health condition
- Encourage harmful behaviour or dependency
- Use fear-based tactics to influence clients
7. Content & Communication
- All profiles, descriptions, and content must be truthful and respectful.
- Communication must remain professional at all times.
- No inappropriate, offensive, or misleading content is permitted.
8. Availability & Reliability
- Honour all bookings and scheduled sessions.
- Notify clients and Majik Gift as soon as possible if rescheduling is required.
- Repeated cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to remain on the platform.
9. Ratings & Feedback
- Lightworkers agree to participate in the feedback and rating system.
- Maintain a high standard of service to support the integrity of the platform.
10. Compliance & Agreement
By joining Majik Gift, you agree to:
- Abide by this Code of Conduct
- Follow all platform policies and updates
- Accept that Majik Gift reserves the right to suspend or remove access if these standards are not met
