Refunds, Credits & Transactions
Where a refund is approved in accordance with Majik Gift platform policies:
- Refunds are issued as platform credit only to the user’s Majik Gift account
- These credits may be used to purchase other services or products on the platform
- Users will not receive funds back to their original payment method, except where required under applicable law
For marketplace/shop purchases:
- Refunds are only processed once the vendor or stall holder confirms that the returned item has been received
- Items must be returned in the same condition as originally sent
For events and workshops:
- No refunds are provided for any events or workshops (online or in-person), except where required under applicable law
You understand that you are providing us with this information voluntarily and it may be shared with third parties in accordance with this Policy.
Your Personal Information may also be used to:
- Send updates regarding our company
- Respond to customer service inquiries
- Provide support
- Inform you of services or benefits that may be of interest
